OUR PROCESS
A clear plan for cleaner, better-looking floors
From the first walkthrough to the final coat, we keep your project simple and predictable. You’ll know what’s happening each day, how long it will take, and what to do to protect your new or refinished hardwood floors.
Walkthrough & prep
We assess the floor, measure moisture, and confirm stain/finish options. Then we protect adjacent areas, remove or mask trim as needed, and set expectations for access, pets, and furniture.
Cleaner sanding
We use modern sanding practices designed to reduce dust and disruption. You get smoother results, tighter edges, and a jobsite we keep tidy from start to final vacuum.
Stain matching & samples
We create test samples so you can see color in your lighting before we proceed. For repairs, we work to blend boards, stain, and sheen so patches don’t stand out.
Finish coats that last
We apply the right finish system for your space—traffic level, pets, and desired sheen. Each coat is laid down evenly with proper dry times for durability and clarity.
Cure time & care tips
We’ll walk you through when to walk on floors, move furniture back, and place rugs. You’ll also get practical maintenance tips to keep your hardwood looking its best for years.
OUR PROCESS
We believe great floors come from a clear plan and careful craftsmanship. From the first walkthrough to final coat and cleanup, we communicate timelines, protect your home, and deliver a finish that looks beautiful and holds up to real life.
